Customer Service & Job Interview Mastery for Black & Brown Men
The Free Yo Mind Workforce Workshop Series is a powerful, culturally responsive 1-hour weekly training designed to equip Black and Brown men with the professional, emotional, and communication skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Built with intention, respect, and real-life understanding, this program bridges the gap between untapped potential and real opportunity.
Through practical modules, hands-on coaching, and guided role-play scenarios, participants learn how to communicate confidently, present themselves professionally, excel in customer service roles, and navigate job interviews with clarity and strength. The workshop is uniquely tailored to address systemic barriers and provide brothers with the tools, support, and structure they need to thrive in their careers and personal lives.

Picking Up The Pieces supports entrepreneurs and leaders healing from trauma, loss, and brokenness by helping them rebuild their confidence, identity, and sense of purpose.
Our Law Enforcement Empathy & Emotional Intelligence Workshops strengthen community safety by training officers to respond with compassion, cultural understanding, and emotional awareness reducing harm and rebuilding trust.
Youth Wellness Workshops equip young people with the tools to navigate stress, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills, while Adult Wellness Workshops offer safe spaces for men and women to learn emotional regulation, communication, healing practices, and self-empowerment.
